The plot is about 700 sq metres (7,400 sq ft), flat at the front of the house (the south) and sloping steeply towards the north). There are open countryside views to the north. It is located in the small town of CUSSAC, 25 miles SW of Limoges in central France about 5 miles west of us.

The property is a 100 sq metre (1056 sq ft) bungalow, with a sous-sol/garage of the same area underneath.

The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchen area, a master bedroom with en-suite, two other bedrooms plus a separate bathroom/WC.

Electric underfloor central heating is installed.

Outside there is a small patio with access through patio doors from the living room.

Stairs lead down to the sous-sol.

It is forecast to be finished in April 2005
